What is Reign Ministries?

Reign Ministries is a youth discipleship ministry that began in the basement of Louie Ink’s home in 1981. Louie had a passion to disciple youth into future disciple makers. Today Reign Ministries has served to assist over 8,000 students impacting almost 60 different countries around the globe. Currently Reign focuses it’s energies in three different areas. 1) Royal Servants summer trips – 8 week intense discipleship and mission focused trips where student’s lives are changed, people are reached for Christ, and God begins to raise up new leaders for his church. 2) Kairos Discipleship School – a 10 month school for intentional discipleship and training for a lifetime of ministry. 3) Reign UK – a developing movement among the youth in the United Kingdom. This work at present has a discipleship ministry to the youth in Bicester, intense discipleship experiences, and a 3 year Bachelors of Theology degree in its discipleship school called, ICY-UK (International Christian Youth Workers).

Reign holds a fundamental belief that the local church is the primary place where God does His work. This is where the need lies. England is a post-Christian nation. According to the most recent census less than 1% of youth in England attend church today. The current team in England believes God is calling them to plant healthy churches to continue the discipleship of youth into their adult years.
